Infomercial naïveté

While we talk about marketing & advertising, the girls rarely see commercials (because of Netflix, etc.) and might not have see an infomercial before. Our cable TV had been out for months (because no one watches it) and it just got fixed, and Annabelle happened to stumble across an infomercial on "Plexaderm" and basically thought it was part science lesson part documentary.

Annabelle (immediately upon seeing me) - "Dad! You know how people get those wrinkles at the sides of their mouth!?! Well, Plexaderm makes those go away... in only 10 minutes!!!"

When then talked about marketing. (Although seeing AB on TV talking about how Plexaderm gives her the skin of a 5yo even at the age of 7yo would be funny.)
